Amtech India offers Solar cell characteristics experimental kit with objectives.
1) To plot the I – V characteristic curve of a solar cell
2) To observe the relationship of current, voltage and power in a solar cell, and to identify the maximum power point, the short circuit current, and the open circuit voltage.
3) To evaluate fill factor of the solar cell
